ECOD-FLEX CA314 is a high solvating Dibenzoate plasticizer.Its main component is DIETHYLENE GLYCOL DIBENZOATE.As a good solvent with high boiling point,low VOC,mild odor and low residue odor after fabrics’ dying process.It has been used for textile dyestuff carriers,leveling agents,repairing agents,etc. to replace benzyl benzoate as it is not listed as a sensitive fragrance.
It has also been used as a replacement for phthalate plasticizers recommended by the European Chemical Agency(ECHA),especially in water-borne adhesives, coatings,caulks,etc..

1.Environmental Carrier.
ECOD-FLEX CA314: 80--90%
Special emulsifier: 10--20%
Emulsify to stable transperant emulsion, and wait for use.
Disperse dyestuffs: x%
HAc:0.3--0.5g/L( adjust PH to 5--5.5)
Carrier:2%(o w f)
Temp.:100--115℃,time:60--80mins,to compare their color depth and color tune of dyeing.
2. Environmental repairing agent:

Special emulsifier: 30--35%
Organic solvent: 20--30%
Emulsify to stabe transparent emulstion.
Temp.:130--135℃,Time:30--40mins
